Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Oscar grew up playing drums and piano from a very young age. He played in various bands throughout his childhood before making the move to Nashville in 2010 to attend Belmont University’s Audio Engineering program. Oscar signed his first publishing deal shortly after graduating in 2014, and has been unstoppable since, catching the attention of Creative Nation and signing a publishing deal in 2022. He has written and produced songs for Chase Rice, Kip Moore, Kassi Ashton, Elvie Shane, Boy Named Banjo, and Madeline Edwards to name a few, and has released cuts with Carly Pearce, Kameron Marlowe, Charlie Worsham, Jacob Powell and more.
